Patriot Coach By Joe Puleo partnered with Dr. Andrew Glogowski DC and Nic Bartolotta MPT in 2012 asnd was initially published by Techniques Magazine a publication of USTFCCCA (United States Track and Field Cross-Country Coaches Association). It was a collaborative effort between a coach, a chiropractor (ART practitioner), and a Physical Therapist. It presaged the emphasis on lumbo-pelvic dysfunction that has become the topic of discussion (along with glute activation) amongst running experts. Upon review almost a decade after publication, it is clear that some tweaking/updating can be done, but the article, on the whole, holds up pretty well.
